Closets by Design is hiring designers/sales representatives. You can help others organize their home. As a Closets by Design Designer, you can enjoy the flexibility of working from home.

Responsibilities

• Pre-set appointments with nice people just like you, close to your home.
• Receive complete sales and design training, so no experience is necessary.
• Become a Senior Sales Designer with pay/bonus increase after 16 weeks of paid sales training and ongoing mentorship.
• Work from home with a hybrid remote schedule.
• Follow up with new and repeat clients.
• Walk through the home to assess opportunities.
• Educate customers on our products and services.
• Help residential customers with their home organizational needs using communication skills.

Requirements

• No degree, certification, or sales experience is needed.
• We are looking for coachable candidates.
• Growth mindset with willingness to complete 16-week paid sales training.
• Reliable access to Motor Vehicle, with a valid driver's license and auto insurance.
