Job Description

Floor Coverings International Winter Garden is seeking a Sales Associate to join our team. This is a full-time position with flexible scheduling, including evenings and weekends.

Key Responsibilities and Tasks

  • Sales: Act as the single point of contact for all types of flooring service requests.
  • Meet with clients in their homes to discuss flooring projects.
  • Use company devices and software to manage sales processes.
  • Coordinate installation schedules and communicate with the office manager.
  • Order products as needed and assist with installations.
  • Engage in ongoing training and educational activities.
  • Network and participate in local business events.

Minimum Experience and Education

  • 3-5+ years of in-home and/or outside sales experience.
  • Exceptional interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills.
  • Positive communication and public speaking abilities.
  • Detail-oriented and tech-savvy.
  • Desire to become part of the company culture and achieve a six-figure income.

Additional Duties and Responsibilities

  • Attend weekly team meetings and monthly sales meetings.
  • Improve customer service and satisfaction.
  • Work in a team environment and communicate effectively.

  • Attendance: Attend all practice/sales meetings and set up calls on all appointments.

  • Productivity: Meet with 2 B2B2C weekly with 5 hours of prospecting.
