Job Description
Floor Coverings International Winter Garden is seeking a Sales Associate to join our team. This is a full-time position with flexible scheduling, including evenings and weekends.

Key Responsibilities and Tasks
- Sales: Act as the single point of contact for all types of flooring service requests.
- Meet with clients in their homes to discuss flooring projects.
- Use company devices and software to manage sales processes.
- Coordinate installation schedules and communicate with the office manager.
- Order products as needed and assist with installations.
- Engage in ongoing training and educational activities.
- Network and participate in local business events.
Minimum Experience and Education
- 3-5+ years of in-home and/or outside sales experience.
- Exceptional interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills.
- Positive communication and public speaking abilities.
- Detail-oriented and tech-savvy.
- Desire to become part of the company culture and achieve a six-figure income.
Additional Duties and Responsibilities
- Attend weekly team meetings and monthly sales meetings.
- Improve customer service and satisfaction.
- Work in a team environment and communicate effectively.
