Responsibilities

• General Sales Manager: Oversee sales operations, manage team performance, and drive sales growth.
• Sales Desk Manager: Manage sales floor operations, ensure customer satisfaction, and support sales team.
• F&I Manager: Handle finance and insurance processes, assist in closing deals, and ensure compliance.
• Sales Representative: Sell new and used vehicles, provide excellent customer service, and meet sales targets.

Requirements

• High school graduate or equivalent, 18 years or older required.
• Experience in the automotive industry preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
