About the Opportunity:The SALES DATA ANALYST role supports the sales operations team by transforming raw data into accurate and reliable reports that inform decision-making across sales and other departments. This position ensures data integrity and delivers insights that help guide the organization’s sales strategies and operations. Responsibilities:Build, maintain, and distribute sales reports, dashboards, and ad hoc analyses tracking pipeline activity, customer trends, and sales performanceExtract and transform data from Salesforce, data lake and warehouse systems, and business intelligence platformsPerform routine data audits and validation checks to maintain reporting accuracyCollaborate with retail, sales, marketing, finance, IT, and other teams to address reporting needs and troubleshoot data issuesDocument reporting processes, maintain tools, and seek improvements in data sharing Requirements:Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, business, or data analysisProficient in Excel including Power Query, and experienced with CRM systems such as SalesforceHands-on experience with business intelligence tools like Power BISkilled in auditing, validating, and ensuring data accuracyAbility to work remotely with a reliable home office setup Preferred:Experience supporting sales operations or collaborating with sales and marketing teamsFamiliarity with data lake environments and enterprise data extractionExperience documenting reporting processes or supporting tool migrations Pay Range and Compensation Package:Hourly rate typically between $22.35 and $34.62 depending on experience and locationBonus eligible Benefits & Perks:Medical, dental, and vision insurance options including EPO, PPO, and HSA401(k) retirement plan with company contributionPaid maternity and paternity leaveFlexible benefits selectionOn-site preschool and employee gymGenerous employee discountCasual dress code Equal Opportunity Statement: Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
