Sales Data Analyst

About the role
We're seeking a highly analytical and business-minded Sales Analyst to transform how data is collected, managed, analyzed, and presented across our Sales organization. In this role, you will partner closely with Sales, Partnerships, Account Management, Customer Success, Marketing, Finance, and leadership teams to turn complex data into meaningful insights that support business growth, improve performance, and drive better decision-making.
This role goes beyond standard reporting, offering the opportunity to help build the foundation for how the business manages sales and operational performance data. You will provide strategic insight into opportunities, risks, and trends that directly impact business results.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain dashboards, scorecards, and executive reporting solutions.
- Analyze operational, sales, pipeline, and account portfolio data to identify trends and business opportunities.
- Support pipeline management, forecasting, and scenario modeling activities.
- Deliver weekly and monthly reporting with meaningful insights and recommendations.
- Develop presentations and reporting for leadership teams and business reviews.
- Partner with Sales, Partnerships, Customer Success, Marketing, Finance, and Account Management teams to support business objectives.
- Translate business questions into actionable analysis and recommendations.
- Support KPI development, reporting standardization, and data governance initiatives.
- Proactively identify trends, risks, opportunities, and areas for business improvement.
- Work across multiple systems and data sources to improve reporting accuracy and business visibility.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience as a Data Analyst or similar role supporting operational teams.
- Hands-on experience with Power BI or other reporting/analytics platforms.
- Strong SQL experience.
- Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables, formulas, and data modeling.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience presenting data, trends, and insights to stakeholders.
- Ability to ensure data quality, consistency, and accuracy.
- Ability to anticipate business needs.
- Strong communication skills for executive audiences.

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
