Responsibilities
- Handle inbound calls related to storage facilities and campgrounds
- Provide service-focused support to existing customers
- Engage in sales-focused conversations with potential guests
- Identify customer needs and guide them through various processes
- Communicate clearly and professionally to ensure every guest feels valued and understood
- Collaborate with team members to continuously improve service offerings
- Respond promptly to every inbound call, treating each customer equally
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues, escalating complex cases as needed
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-up actions
Requirements
- A High School Diploma or GED
- A genuine passion for hospitality and customer care
- A strong attention to detail with the ability to meet expectations and deadlines
- Experience in inbound phone sales (optional but beneficial)
- Capability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and web-based tools
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- A desire to grow within the company and take pride in serving guests
- Bilingual (preferred but not required)
