Sales & Customer Service - Custom Sportswear (2 years experience required)

Primary Responsibilities

• Deliver consistent professional phone etiquette and customer service.
• Absorb and assist clients with day-to-day coordination of different projects including printing and embroidered sportswear.
• Communicate clearly & concisely in oral and written form.
• Complete order processing.
• Data entry.
• Generate customer quotes.
• Record or file copies of orders received.
• Follow up on orders to ensure timely completion and customer satisfaction.
• Receive and respond to customer inquiries.
• Answer questions from customers on the product lines.
• Maintain customer contact information in database.
• Issue Purchase Orders.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
• Attention to detail.
• Friendly and outgoing personality.
• Prior experience in roles involving sales and customer service.
• Experience as an Administrative Assistant with customer service is preferred.
• Social media/marketing experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Associate degree (preferred).
• 2 years of customer service experience (preferred).

Pay

$20.00 - $25.00 per hour.

Schedule

40 hours per week, 8-hour shifts, Monday to Friday.
