Sales/Customer Service Associate

This is a full-time, year-round position. We are not hiring seasonal or part-time employees at this time.

About the role

A rapidly growing car wash chain based in Central New Jersey is seeking a Sales Associate to drive growth and profitability at the site. The ideal candidate will successfully welcome guests, convert retail customers into Unlimited Wash Club members, and maintain a high degree of engagement and morale. Responsibilities

• Proactively manage customer engagement at the car wash
• Work directly with Senior Site Management to make strategic recommendations on process improvements
• Set a positive example promoting teamwork
• Consistently demonstrate the ability to convey the value proposition of the Unlimited Wash Club
• Lead the charge of the company's core values and strengthen the team

Pay

$15.92/hour + commissions and tips
