The Role

A rapidly growing car wash chain based in Central New Jersey is seeking a Sales Associate to drive growth and profitability at the site.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and convert retail customers into Unlimited Wash Club members
• Maintain a high degree of engagement and morale
• Manage customer engagement at the car wash
• Make strategic recommendations on process improvements to Senior Site Management
• Promote teamwork by setting a positive example
• Demonstrate the value proposition of the Unlimited Wash Club consistently
