Job Duties And Responsibilities
- Optimize velocity and profitability of sales and contracts in subdivision.
- Answer questions about the building process, financing, area schools, parks/playgrounds, buyer profile for community, and other pertinent information.
- Understand and implement the Company’s Lead Management System.
- Help support the Construction Team by performing administrative tasks like typing letters, making copies, and reproducing house files.
- Closing the model at the appropriate time.
Required Minimum Qualifications
- 5 years new home sales experience with a residential builder.
- Prior experience working with Realtors and construction.
- Working knowledge of mortgage financing programs and the ability to calculate mortgage payments.
- Ability to analyze numbers and information and produce clear, communicative reports.
- Reliable, clean transportation.
- Strong verbal and written skills.
