Sales Counselor

What You'll Do

• Building and nurturing relationships with prospective residents, families, and referral sources
• Conducting personalized tours and showcasing community amenities, services, and programs
• Managing leads throughout the sales cycle, from initial inquiry through move-in
• Following up consistently and proactively with prospects to maintain engagement
• Developing and implementing outreach strategies to generate new leads
• Participating in community events, networking opportunities, and marketing initiatives
• Collaborating with operations teams to ensure a seamless resident transition
• Maintaining accurate prospect records and sales activity within CRM systems
• Achieving occupancy and sales goals while delivering an exceptional customer experience

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field preferred
• Minimum of 3 years of sales, marketing, hospitality, real estate, healthcare, senior living, or related experience
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals
• Exceptional interpersonal, presentation, and relationship-building skills
• Strong organizational and follow-up abilities
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
• Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Ability to read and speak English
