Sales Counselor

At Lifespace Communities, we reward results. In addition to competitive base pay, our industry-leading incentive plan allows top performers to earn $30,000 to over $200,000 annually in bonuses. We’re seeking a motivated and experienced Sales Counselor to join our dynamic team!

Responsibilities

• Proactively generate and manage a pipeline of qualified leads and referrals
• Build strong relationships with prospective residents and their families
• Deliver persuasive presentations that highlight the value of our community
• Guide families through the decision-making process with empathy and expertise
• Collapse consistently close sales and achieve occupancy and revenue goals
• Collaborate with marketing and operations to deliver exceptional experiences

Requirements

• Experience working in a Continuing Care Retirement Community (CCRC) with a Life Care Plan/entry-fee sales
• Knowledge of the financial and lifestyle benefits our community offers
