Sales Counselor

Starting pay: $75,000–$80,000

Schedule: Monday–Friday days (some Saturdays may be required)

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Sales Counselor to join our dynamic Sales and Marketing team at Clarendale West End Community, located just minutes from downtown Nashville. The Sales Counselor is responsible for sales and closing activity that meets or exceeds expectations, managing the sales process from inquiry to residency by effectively representing, negotiating, and promoting the community to individual consumers and influencers.

Responsibilities

• Manage the sales process from initial inquiry to residency by promoting the community to prospects.
• Facilitate the process by understanding needs and making independent recommendations based on key information provided.
• Independently manage prospect inquiries and ensure timely follow-through in accordance with designated time frames.
• Utilize Salesforce CRM effectively by promptly inputting data and using the system to manage assigned lead base.
• Understand and articulately represent all documents related to residency, including Residency Agreement and Disclosure Statement.
• Participate in marketing events as directed by the Marketing and Sales Director.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• 1–3 years of sales experience.
• Experience with all Microsoft Office Applications.
• Strong customer service and hospitality skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong presentation skills (small and large groups).
• Strong closing skills.
