Sales Counselor

Essential Job Functions

• Supports the mission, vision, and goals of the organization, upholding and promoting company culture and vision.
• Researches competitors to stay current with similar products or services on the market.
• Works with the marketing departments to develop successful strategies and campaigns that attract new customers and keep current ones.
• Continuously stays up to date on trends, new ideas and opportunities for company campaigns.
• Connects with leads and obtains additional information on personal residential and care needs.
• Encourages prospective residents and families to make wait list deposits.
• Maintains long term contact with prospects to encourage continued familiarity.
• Mets established goals regarding contacts and tours to achieve desired sales goals.
• Cultivates leads with current residents through positive interaction and interest in activities and concerns.
• Follows up with resident referrals as identified.
• Presents and demonstrates the value and benefits of the community for its residents as appropriate to stimulate interest and sales.
