Essential Functions

  • Aids in organizing and preparing move-in, renewals, and move-outs to ensure a positive experience for residents.
  • Identifies prospective residents and provides them with marketing information about the residence.
  • Manages and fosters relationships with third-party referral companies/businesses.
  • Assists in resolving resident concerns while maintaining excellent customer service.
  • Operates company vehicles or personal vehicles (as required) to perform job duties.
  • Works in a high-pressure environment, interacts with difficult customers/vendors, handles urgent matters, resolves conflicts, and exhibits effective interpersonal skills.
