About the role
This position will assist sales managers with administrative duties including but not limited to Word processing, account management, presentation preparation and customer follow up. This person will also be responsible for maintaining the sales systems, preparing reports and analysis, as well as providing support to the Director of Sales and Sales team.
Responsibilities
- Assist with administrative tasks such as Word processing, account management, presentation preparation, and customer follow-up.
- Maintain sales systems, prepare reports and analysis.
- Support the Director of Sales and Sales team.
Qualifications
- Refined verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic hospitality industry knowledge.
- Ability to work independently and confidently.
- One year of sales/catering experience is a plus.
- Ability to establish professional relationships within the hotel and manage confidential information.
- Knowledge of PowerPoint, Excel, and Word programs.
- Flexibility in work schedule is a plus.
