Qualifications
- Maintain professional work environment in and out of office at all times while representing our company.
- Manage Sales Coordinator and other departments within the property to create positive results for our Guests and internal Team Members.
- On-call to answer questions and make decisions concerning groups in-house and instruct other departments what needs to be done.
- Maintain relationships with Clients to ensure booking and re-booking of business.
- Sales Managers must be knowledgeable of the company portfolio in order to guide our clients in making decisions.
Responsibilities
- Perform responsibilities in accordance with all Company standards, policies, and procedures.
- Book room revenue associated with the specified market in accordance with the Manager’s territory and or market segment established when they are hired or transferred.
- Trade Shows and Sales travel on behalf of the Company and the individual’s necessity in order to develop the business to produce the goals set forth.
