Leisure Sales Coordinator
Summary: The Leisure Sales Coordinator position provides comprehensive administrative, operational, and sales support to the Leisure Sales Team. This individual will serve as an ambassador on behalf of the Leisure Sales Team, liaising with various internal and external stakeholders.
About the Role
This position plays a critical role in supporting revenue-generating initiatives, maintaining client relationships, coordinating sales activities, and managing reporting and client databases.
Responsibilities
- Provide direct administrative support to the Leisure Sales Team and manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously.
- Prepare detailed reservation quotes, assist with pre-arrival details, and maintain daily client correspondence and workflow.
- Serve as a professional point of contact for luxury travel advisors, consortia partners, wholesalers, tour operators, and travel industry clients.
- Process expense reports, invoices, and departmental purchase requests.

- Coordinate site inspections for travel advisors, manage all logistics associated with FAM trips as well as educational visits.
- Able to prioritize responsibilities in a fast-paced luxury environment.
- Aid in the preparation for travel and trade shows.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
- Minimum 2 years of administrative, sales support, hospitality, or luxury travel experience preferred.
- Must be able to speak, read, write and understand the primary language(s) used in the workplace.
- Requires excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Able to communicate customer needs and resolve complaints independently.
- Must possess basic computational ability, including but not limited to accounting programs, Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint and Teams.
- Experience with CRM and hotel sales systems is preferred.
- Able to generate reports and analyze sales data.
Physical Demands
- Most work tasks are performed indoors and at a desk.
- Temperature is moderate and controlled by hotel environmental systems.
- Must be able to sit at a desk for up to 5 hours per day.
- Walking and standing are required the rest of the working day.
- This may include traveling to and from meetings.
- Length of time of these tasks may vary from day to day and task to task.
- Must be able to exert well-paced ability to reach other departments of the hotel on a timely basis.
- Must be able to lift up to 15 lbs. occasionally.
- Requires grasping, writing, standing, sitting, walking, repetitive motions, bending, climbing, listening and hearing ability and visual acuity.
- Talking and hearing occur continuously in the process of communicating with guests, supervisors and subordinates.
Pay
The pay scale for Leisure Sales Coordinator is $25.00. The pay scale is the base salary or hourly wage range, exclusive of incentive pay such as commissions, piece rates, gratuities, and the like, that Montage reasonably expects to pay for the position.
