  • Track contract statuses and assist with the vendor onboarding process for new university clients to ensure a seamless handoff.
  • Assist in gathering preliminary research on prospective higher education institutions, identifying key decision-makers (e.g., Deans, Department Chairs, Provosts).
  • Assist in lead generation campaigns and track the ROI of higher education marketing and sales initiatives.
  • Maintain an up-to-date understanding of trends, funding cycles, and procurement processes within the higher education sector.

  • Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a high level of professionalism for interacting with academic stakeholders.
  • Organization: Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple tasks and support a fast-paced, regional sales team.

Compensation And Benefits

  • Paid time off (based on sliding scale according to hire date and work hours), parental leave, bereavement, and 8 hours of volunteer time
  • A generous paid holiday schedule
  • Comprehensive benefits package (medical, vision, dental, life, disability and pet insurance)
