About the Role

Baker's Cay Resort, located in the breathtaking Florida Keys, is seeking a highly motivated and organized Sales Coordinator/Delphi Coordinator to join our team. As a Sales Coordinator, you will support the sales team in achieving revenue goals and provide exceptional customer service to clients. This dynamic role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, guest-centric environment.

Responsibilities

• Support the sales team in achieving revenue goals
• Provide exceptional customer service to clients
• Communicate with guests in a friendly and positive manner
• Meet and exceed client needs while resolving complaints
• Work effectively in a fast-paced environment

Requirements

• Present a professional appearance and confidence
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong computer skills; proficient in Microsoft Office and database management
• Previous experience in a sales or customer service role preferred
• Knowledge of hotel or resort operations and sales processes
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
