About the role

This role involves collaborating with team members and residents nationwide to meet Sales objectives. The Sales Coordinator works independently and as a team to manage their pipeline of potential buyers. This position involves working directly with prospects, residents, and community team members to collect and review all necessary conditions and documentation to facilitate sales.

Responsibilities

  • Works independently and as a team to manage their pipeline of potential buyers.
  • Works directly with prospects, residents, and community team members to collect and review all necessary conditions and documentation to facilitate sales.
  • Reviews all incoming resident inquiries and sales with a keen eye for detail, serving as a trusted resource for prospects, residents, and community team members by addressing questions and facilitating deal activities to maximize total sales numbers.
  • Exercise discretion to determine the appropriate next steps in the sales or broker process when clearing conditions while meeting the requirements of existing sales agreements, following company policy, applicable state and local laws, and lender policies if relevant.
  • Identify and communicate needed corrections for outstanding issues needed to advance broker sales to appropriate YES Home Office Sales representative.
  • Navigate objections or overcome hurdles from prospects, residents, lenders, or community team members to meet company sales objectives.
  • Provide reports and insights on key performance metrics to the Team Manager, sales team, and other key stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with Division Sales Specialists and other field leaders to deliver training that creates the best Broker Sales program in the industry.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience in sales, loan processing, or related field preferred.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and industry-related CRM tools, HubSpot experience is a plus!
  • Exposure to sales/loan processing/funding industry is an absolute PLUS!

  • Ability to work independently and in team setting.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing project goals with strong sense of urgency and ability to multitask.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication.

Skills

  • Customer service skills.
  • Sales skills.
  • Microsoft Office proficiency.
  • CRM tool proficiency (HubSpot experience a plus).
  • Exposure to sales/loan processing/funding industry.
