What You'll Do
- Receive, review, and enter quote and order information accurately and efficiently.
- Prepare and maintain data for customer quotes and purchased projects.
- Set up new projects and ensure required information is complete and accurate.
- Communicate with customers, District Sales Managers, internal departments, and other plant locations regarding quotes, orders, and project details.
- Answer phones and respond to customer and internal inquiries in a professional and timely manner.
- Use Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, MBS OIS, and JEDI systems to complete daily responsibilities.
- Maintain organized quote, order, and project files.
- Track information, identify discrepancies, and follow up as needed to keep projects moving forward.
- Support the sales team with administrative tasks, reporting, and customer communication.
