Responsibilities
- Cook up the full equipment lifecycle, including off-lease processing, wholesale purchases, inspections, repairs, freight, and inventory intake
- Partner closely with Sales, Service, Finance, and external vendors to negotiate pricing, track orders, and ensure equipment is make-ready and delivered on time
- Manage documentation, reporting, inventory availability, and communication to keep sales teams informed and ready to serve customers
- Process used equipment-related AP, AR, warranty items, and maintain complete transaction files with photos and records
Qualifications
- Strong customer service, communication, and multitasking skills with a sense of urgency and attention to detail
- Solid decision-making and organizational skills, with comfort managing multiple priorities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and a willingness to learn systems and processes that support branch operations
