Responsibilities

  • Set and confirm sales appointments for customers and technicians.
  • Answer, respond to, and follow up with calls and emails from customers and technicians.
  • Look at sales leads and schedule and move Sales Specialists around on the dispatch board.
  • Dispatch salespeople and designate which Sales Specialist is best for which call.
  • Research and collect the little details that could help make their calls successful.

Requirements

  • At least (2) two years of related customer service experience in call center or appointment setting/coordination
  • A High School Diploma or GED
  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • Attentive listening skills, sharp memory, detail oriented, strong organizational skills, and proactive execution
  • Excellent oral and written communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Keen ability to work accurately, efficiently, and manage multiple tasks at once
  • Ability to work well under pressure in a fast paced environment
  • Must be tenacious and assertive with a questioning mind
  • Fluent ability to speak, read, and write in the English language
