Sales Coordinator
What You Will Be Doing
- Responsible for order fulfillment of Gift Cards, Movie Tickets, Concession Packages, Student Motivation Passes, Merchandise, Passport Vouchers and more;
- Processes, monitors, and facilitates all orders through the entire order fulfillment process using multiple programs;
- Responds to customer inquiries via phone, email, and shared inboxes with a high level of service;
- Manages multiple Shared Email inboxes and phone lines;
- Identifies, troubleshoots, and resolves order issues, including missing, damaged, or potentially fraudulent transactions in collaboration with internal teams (Accounting, Security, etc.);
- Partners closely with the Guest Service team to support customer needs and provide backup coverage;
- Aids in the fundraising ticket sales program. Promotes and explains the fundraising program to inquiring guests. Ships sales material out to participants and fulfills orders as they come in;
- Supports execution of our student motivation program, including communication and fulfillment;
- Responsible for invoicing all sales department products and collection of delinquent accounts;
- Aids in maintaining weekly and period-end sales inventory;
- Reports writing, running, and distribution to multiple parties;
- Follows up on missing or damaged shipments and logs and submits FedEx claims;
- Assists with overall team needs and special projects as directed by the Director;
What We Are Looking For
- Possesses strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills by communicating clearly and effectively;
- Demonstrates strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills;
- Communicates and builds relationships with corporate staff, theatre associates and outside organizations;
- Willingness to work overtime during occasional weekends, peak sales periods, some holidays, and during major promotions;
- Possesses strong organizational skills; ability to multitask and manage multiple priorities;
- Thrives in a fast-paced environment and open to additional assignments as needed;
- Thinks strategically, yet creatively;
- Possesses strong project management skills and is detail-oriented;
- Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly in Excel, with the ability to create and manipulate spreadsheets;
- One to three (1-3) years of previous experience in sales, customer service or retail;
Physical Requirements
- Sit, talk and/or hear, and/or use hands to finger, handle, or touch objects, tools, or controls.
- Occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 lbs.
- Close vision and the ability to adjust focus.
