About the role
The Sales Coordinator supports the Sales and Marketing Team and VPSM on projects and marketing campaigns, greets visitors, maintains CRM systems, processes invoices, and serves as a liaison between Sales, Marketing, and Financial Operations.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the Givens Sales and Marketing Team and VPSM on Projects and Marketing Campaigns
- Greet all visitors warmly and deliver exceptional customer experience
- Lead the production of routine emails, scheduling, and other clerical items as needed
- Maintain the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system with accurate and current information for Independent Living Sales and Marketing
- Serve as a Liaison between Sales, Marketing and Financial operations to ensure seamless onboarding
- Maintain event ROI tracker in CRM; capture attendance, lead source, and conversion outcomes for all sales events
Requirements
- High School or Equivalent
- Bachelor’s degree (Preferred)
- 1 + Year of office experience in Senior Living (Preferred)
