Job Responsibilities
- Fills orders using internal ERP System, communicate expected delivery date, and backorders.
- Understand customer needs and requirements, field customer questions and concerns.
- Support Outside Sales Rep Communicate with various departments to troubleshoot, report, and track problems to insure on-time delivery.
- Maintain and exceed established daily, weekly, and monthly customer metrics and other productivity goals successfully.
- Utilize tools to identify and implement action plans to address gaps in metrics / Customer service levels.
Requirements
- Proven inside sales experience
- Strong written and verbal skills in responding to client needs with a positive and professional manner.
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills; Excellent listening skills
- Possess people skills, data entry skills, and remain customer focused.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Experience in customer service preferred.
