About the role

The Sales Coordinator will provide critical support to all functions for the IEH Americas commercial sales and marketing teams. Key responsibilities include managing NDA and contract approval processes, overseeing delegation of authority processes, providing intercompany coordination support, leading customer and sustainability survey initiatives, developing and maintaining customer experience reporting, supporting sales communication efforts, coordinating and managing onsite customer visits, facilitating new customer onboarding processes, and providing administrative and operational support.

Responsibilities

  • Manage NDA and contract approval processes to ensure timely execution and compliance with company policies
  • Oversee Delegation of Authority (DOA) processes, ensuring adherence to governance and approval frameworks
  • Support internal audit activities, including documentation preparation and cross-functional coordination
  • Lead customer and sustainability survey initiatives, including distribution, tracking, and reporting of results
  • Develop and maintain customer experience reporting, delivering insights to support continuous improvement
  • Partner with marketing to support case study development, event coordination, sales materials, branded apparel, and lead management efforts
  • Collect, analyze, and distribute target market data to support sales strategy and pipeline development
  • Facilitate new customer onboarding processes, ensuring smooth transition and strong initial engagement
  • Provide administrative and operational support to sales leadership as needed, contributing to overall team effectiveness

Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Experience: 5+ years of experience supporting business operations, sales, or commercial teams
  • Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities: Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail and accuracy; ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and adapt to shifting priorities; strong interpersonal and communication skills; proven ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at various levels; demonstrated business acumen with a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset; experience supporting or working within structured processes; strong analytical skills with the ability to compile, interpret, and present data and insights; experience coordinating projects, events, or operational initiatives from planning through execution; proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); experience with CRM or business systems preferred

Pay

$63,308 - $75,000
