Sales Coordinator

Summary

Assist the Sales Manager and Salesmen in daily operation or activities involving the Marketing and Sales Programs by performing the following duties.

Essential Jobs and Responsibilities

Other duties may be assigned. - Answer all overflow calls for Zone Managers. - When Salesmen are not available, take customer orders and/or change orders as needed. - Compile information on the Marketing and Sales Department for the quarterly newsletter. - Keep photographs of homes and new options updated, as well as the Champion websites with the series and model information for new dealers. Responsible for all schematics sent to retailers. - Organize arrangements for the Foundation and Retail meetings. - Type, fax, and mail correspondence for the department. - Check accounts receivables for past dues monies. Reports problems to Sales Manager.

Educational and/or Experience Requirements

- High school diploma or general education degree (GED) and one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word - Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment - Attentive to detail - Former sales support and customer service experience is a plus - Ability to prioritize - Highly organized - Strong communication skills - both written and verbal - Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively in a team environment while managing individual duties effectively - Strong multitasking capabilities - A commitment to integrity, ethical and economical practices, and Champion's Operating Principles

Physical Demands

While performing the duties of this Job, the employee is regularly required to stand; use hands and fingers to grip and feel; reach with hands and arms; talk and hear. The employee is frequently required to walk; climb or balance and stoop, kneel. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.
