Sales Coordinator

About the role

Acts is seeking qualified candidates for our Sales Coordinator position. On-the-job training provided for future Sales Consultant opportunities. We are looking for a goal-oriented, empathetic, and curious person looking for an opportunity to gain experience in an inspirational, growing industry where you will positively impact the lives of seniors. Recent college graduates and individuals with a background in hospitality, dining services, customer service, or financial services are welcomed.

Responsibilities

• Assisting the Sales & Marketing team with planning and executing marketing events
• Communicating with prospects
• Scheduling visits/appointments for the sales consultants
• Entering accurate contact/account information in Salesforce (CRM)
• Completing timely reports
• Monitoring and ordering sales and marketing collateral
• Assisting the sales team with creating an outreach strategy
• Conducting outreach visits

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree is preferred
• Minimum of one year experience in sales, marketing, or related field
• Strong communication and presentation/public speaking skills
