Sales Consultant with unlimited earning potential
About the role
As a Sales Consultant, you'll play a meaningful role in your customers' lives, helping them find the right furniture for their home through a blend of consultative selling, genuine customer engagement, and thoughtful needs assessment. You'll create a personalized buying experience that builds customer satisfaction and naturally drives sales conversion.
In this role, you'll grow your business by building relationships, engaging with new and existing customers, and contributing to client prospecting, lead generation, and ongoing relationship management. You'll also identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling in a way that enhances the customer experience. Success comes from your ability to build trust, deliver great service, and consistently meet goals in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Requirements
- A passion for customer service and creating a great customer experience
- Strong listening skills and a naturally consultative approach
- Experience connecting with customers, whether through retail, hospitality, service, or sales
- Confidence in guiding decisions, including closing sales, navigating conversations, and overcoming objections in a helpful, respectful way
- Interest or experience in building relationships that drive repeat business (client relationship management)
- Comfort working toward goals, including sales quotas, KPIs, or other performance metrics
- Flexibility to work a retail schedule (evenings, weekends, holidays)
- Comfort with technology and learning new tools
- U.S. work authorization required; visa sponsorship is not available for this position
Sales experience is great—but not required. We also value experience in hospitality, restaurants, retail, customer service, teaching, or other people-focused roles.
