Are you energized by helping sales teams, dealer partners, and customers understand how Steelcase solutions can improve healthcare environments and outcomes?
Responsibilities
- Drive growth across the Americas healthcare market by building product expertise, strengthening dealer relationships, and supporting opportunity strategies that increase adoption and market share.
- Align with the VP of Sales on annual sales KPIs and metrics to drive growth.
- Develop deep expertise in the healthcare market and Steelcase Health clinical products to serve as a subject matter expert for internal and external partners.
- Create and nurture relationships with Dealer DSPs at top dealers to support opportunity strategies that increase share of wallet.
- Support Steelcase Sales in engaging Steelcase resources and developing opportunity strategies that improve win rate.
- Owning healthcare relationships and support for three to four sales regions by understanding regional sales goals, dealer and customer business mix, and key growth opportunities. Engage regional teams through scheduled business reviews, driving initiatives such as upcoming clinical spaces tour and new product adoption (eg Apprise).
- Lead virtual tours and develop competitive information to help the field position Steelcase Health solutions effectively.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business, design, marketing, or a related field.
- 3+ years of field sales or design experience with a proven record of driving growth and delivering results.
- A thorough understanding of the dealer design and sales process, including how to influence opportunity strategy through dealer partnerships.
