About the role

We're adding to our team in Johnstown and looking for a Sales Consultant who can turn conversations into sales. No prior experience in interior design or sales is necessary. What matters most is your ability to connect with people, your drive to succeed, and your genuine interest in helping customers create homes they love.

Responsibilities

• Connect with customers and uncover their needs
• Recommend products and solutions that fit their style, needs, and budget
• Guide customers through the entire sales process — from first conversation to closing
• Follow up with customers and build long-term relationships
• Stay knowledgeable about our products, promotions, and new collections
• Work toward individual and team sales goals

Qualifications

• Sales or customer-facing experience is a plus, but we'll teach you the furniture business
• A confident, personable, and comfortable approach to talking to anyone
• A competitive, self-motivated mindset
• An appreciation for style, design, and creating a great customer experience

Pay

Compensation details: 45,000-85,000 yearly salary
