About the role

We're adding to our team in Medina and looking for a Sales Consultant who knows how to make customers feel comfortable, listened to, and excited about their purchase. You don't need to be an interior designer or a lifelong salesperson — you just need the confidence to connect with people, the drive to succeed, and a genuine interest in helping customers create a home they love. Ashley Luxe is making its debut, bringing an elevated collection of furniture and décor to our customers. You'll have the opportunity to learn the collection, become a product expert, and help introduce it to the community — but your success will go far beyond one product line.

Responsibilities

• Connect with customers and uncover what they're looking for
• Recommend products and solutions that fit their style, needs, and budget
• Guide customers through the entire sales process — from first conversation to closing
• Follow up with customers and build relationships that keep them coming back
• Stay knowledgeable about our products, promotions, and new collections
• Work toward individual and team sales goals

Qualifications

• Sales or customer-facing experience is a plus, but we'll teach you the furniture business
• Someone who is confident, personable, and comfortable talking to just about anyone
• A competitive, self-motivated mindset
• Someone who enjoys learning and isn't afraid to ask questions
• An appreciation for style, design, and creating a great customer experience

Pay

Compensation details: 45000-85000 Yearly Salary
