Sales Consultant, Uncapped Commission, $60K–$100K+ Potential
About the Role
Steinhafels is seeking motivated, customer-focused individuals who are passionate about using their creativity to help customers create their dream homes. We have both full-time and part-time opportunities available at our retail store location.
This is a full commission sales position with no cap on income potential. During your first 4 pay periods of training, you’ll receive an additional $15/hour bonus on top of your commissions. Our sales associates also have quarterly and annual bonus opportunities!

Responsibilities
- Work with customers to guide them in selecting furniture
- Assist with arranging financing and setting up final delivery
- Use and train on computers as part of daily operations
Requirements
- Positive attitude and great organizational skills
- Comfortable using computers
- Available to work standard retail business hours, including nights and weekends
