About the role

Join the Steinhafels Team as a Professional Sales Associate! Steinhafels is seeking motivated, customer-focused individuals who are passionate about helping customers create their dream homes. We have both full-time and part-time opportunities available at our retail store location.

Responsibilities

• Work with customers to guide them in selecting furniture
• Arrange financing for customers
• Set up final delivery arrangements
• Must have a positive attitude and great organizational skills
• Comfortable using and training on computers
• Available to work standard retail business hours, including nights and weekends

Requirements

• No previous sales experience required

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience in retail or customer service preferred

Skills

• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Pay

• Full commission sales position with no cap on income potential
• Additional $15/hour bonus during the first 4 pay periods of training
• Quarterly and annual bonus opportunities
