What You Will Do

• Aid showroom visitors and respond to internet inquiries.
• Learn each customer's needs, lifestyle, and budget.
• Present RV models and explain features confidently.
• Maintain follow up communication using our CRM system.
• Support buyers through purchase, financing, and delivery.
• Build referrals and repeat business through excellent service.

Compensation

• Annual income potential of $50,000 to $90,000+
• Earnings grow as your pipeline and referrals increase.

Pay

Guaranteed monthly earnings plus uncapped commissions

Schedule

Five day work week, closed every Sunday, standard hours from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, closed annually from Christmas Eve through January 2nd
