Effectively communicate product specifications, advantages, and usage to customers.
Provide expert advice on product selection based on customers' needs and preferences.
Sales and Revenue Generation
Proactively engage with customers to identify their requirements and propose suitable products.
Utilize sales techniques to upsell and cross-sell products, maximizing revenue opportunities.
Maintain and exceed monthly sales targets and contribute to the achievement of showroom sales goals.
Collaborate with the sales team to implement sales strategies and promotional initiatives.
Customer Relationship Management
Maintain accurate and organized customer records and sales documentation.
Follow up with customers after their visits to ensure their satisfaction and gather feedback.
Build and nurture a strong customer base, fostering loyalty and repeat business.
Aid in handling customer inquiries, requests for quotes, and orders through various communication channels.
Team Collaboration
Work closely with colleagues to share insights, product knowledge, and successful sales techniques.
Collaborate with other departments such as marketing and inventory management to optimize showroom operations.
Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and workshops to enhance skills and knowledge.
Showroom Maintenance
Ensure the showroom is well-organized, clean, and aesthetically appealing at all times.
Arrange product displays and maintain attractive merchandising to showcase products effectively.
Monitor inventory levels and communicate restocking needs to the appropriate department.
Collaborate with the team to ensure products are properly labeled and priced.
Qualifications
Proven experience in retail sales or customer service, preferably in a showroom environment.
Excellent sales and negotiation skills.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-focused approach.
Exceptional active listening skills to understand customer needs and preferences.
Ability to learn and communicate technical product information effectively.
Sales-driven mindset with a track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
Proficiency in using sales and inventory management software is a plus.
Positive attitude, team player, and a self-motivated individual.
Strong work ethic and ability to work well with little supervision.
Strong computer skills in using Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
