About the role

Sales Consultants at PDM serve as the primary point of contact between customers and PDM’s operations team. The Reno, NV Sales Consultant will be responsible for an area within Nevada, focusing on building and maintaining customer relationships to ensure our operations team remains utilized.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain relationships with customers to keep our operations team utilized
• Create accurate quotes and proposals
• Maintain PDM’s CRM tool for accurate tracking of opportunities
• Support operations in maintaining excellence throughout projects by providing accurate information to the operations team and serving as the customer’s primary point of contact

Requirements

• At least 2 years of sales experience in a field dealing with high voltage power consumers, arc-flash/coordination studies, electrical commissioning, maintenance, retrofit/retrofill, or associated services
• Valid Driver’s License and clean driving record
• Ability to pass background checks for government or private secure facilities
• Physically fit enough to lift up to 50 lbs, carry equipment, kneel, climb, and walk long distances if needed
• Basic computer skills, including email, Microsoft Excel and Word, Adobe Reader, Dropbox, etc.
• Familiarity with CRM tools
