• Achieve and exceed monthly sales goals.
• Work alongside peers and store leaders, learning and sharing ideas while serving customers and providing resolutions to issues.
• Be a passionate guest advocate with the desire to be yourself when connecting and having fun doing it!
• Provide product benefits and solution recommendations through exceptional customer service to deliver what our customers need.
• Create personal connections with guests to make tech look simple.
• Foster a competitive drive and ability to succeed in a fast-paced sales environment.
• Assist with merchandising and operational functions.

What We're Looking For

• High School Diploma or GED
• One or More Years of Customer Service Experience, Preferably in a Retail or Sales Environment
• Willingness to Work Evenings, Weekends, Holidays, November Through December, and/or During Peak Vacation Periods
• At Least 18 Years of Age
• Demonstrated Experience Communicating with Customers to Find Solutions
• Physical Requirements: Ability to Lift 10 Pounds, Stand for Long Periods of Time
• Training Requirements: Attend and Complete a Four-Day New Hire University (NHU) Training Program Within 30 Days of Official Start Date
