About the role

Victra, Verizon's largest premium retailer, is seeking part‑time Retail Sales Consultants to deliver world‑class service to every guest. The role involves executing Victra's sales process, sharing product knowledge, and creating an ultimate in‑store experience.

Responsibilities

• Achieve and exceed monthly sales goals.
• Work alongside peers and store leaders, sharing ideas while serving customers and providing resolutions to issues.
• Act as a passionate guest advocate, connecting with guests and having fun.
• Provide product benefits and solution recommendations through exceptional customer service.
• Create personal connections with guests to make technology simple.
• Foster a competitive drive and succeed in a fast‑paced sales environment.
• Assist with merchandising and operational functions.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• One or more years of customer service experience, preferably in retail or sales.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, holidays, November through December, and/or during peak vacation periods.
• At least 18 years of age.
• Demonstrated experience communicating with customers to find solutions.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Physical ability to lift 10 pounds and stand for long periods.
• Completion of a four‑day New Hire University training program within 30 days of start date (travel may be required).
• Ongoing online and computer‑based training throughout employment.

Pay

Average annual earnings range from $40,000 to $64,000, combining a base hourly rate plus uncapped commission.

Schedule

Part‑time position with required availability for evenings, weekends, holidays, and peak periods such as November‑December and vacation seasons.
