Victra offers a comprehensive benefit list, including paid training and a guaranteed ramp-up rate during the first 60 days of employment. Employees accrue paid time off each pay period at a rate of no less than 40 hours per year for their first year and 80 hours per year each year thereafter. Employees in some states may accrue and roll-over sick time, which reduces their annual PTO accrual accordingly. The average annual salary for Sales Consultant Interns ranges from $40,000 to $64,000, combining a base hourly rate plus uncapped commission.
Training Requirements
All Sales Consultants must attend and complete a four-day New Hire University (NHU) training program within 30 days of their official start date. This class may include overnight travel at the company's expense. Various online and computer-based training will be required throughout their employment with Victra.
What We're Looking For
- A high school diploma or GED.
- One or more years of customer service, preferably in a retail or sales environment.
- Willingness to work evenings, weekends, holidays, November through December, and/or during peak vacation periods.
- At least 18 years of age.
- Demonstrated experience communicating with customers to find solutions.
- Ability to lift 10 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
