- Achieve and exceed monthly sales goals.
- Work alongside peers and store leaders, learning and sharing ideas while serving customers and providing resolutions to issues.
- Be a passionate guest advocate with the desire to be yourself when connecting and having fun doing it!
- Provide product benefits and solution recommendations through exceptional customer service to deliver what our customers need.
- Create personal connections with guests to make tech look simple.

What We're Looking For
- High school diploma or GED
- One or more years of customer service, preferably in a retail or sales environment
- Willingness to work evenings, weekends, holidays, November through December, and/or during peak vacation periods
- At least 18 years of age
- Demonstrated experience communicating with customers to find solutions
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift 10 pounds, stand for long periods of time
- Training Requirements: Attend and complete a four-day New Hire University (NHU) training program within 30 days of official start date
