  Victra offers a comprehensive benefit list, including paid time off, sick time, and other perks. Employees in some states may accrue and roll-over sick time. The company provides paid training and a guaranteed ramp-up rate during the first 60 days of employment. Victra's average annual salary ranges from $40,000 to $64,000, combining a base hourly rate plus uncapped commission.

  Training Requirements

  All Sales Consultants must attend and complete a four-day New Hire University (NHU) training program within 30 days of their official start date. This class may include overnight travel at the company's expense. Various online and computer-based training will be required throughout your employment with Victra.

  What We're Looking For

  • A high school diploma or GED.
  • One or more years of customer service, preferably in a retail or sales environment.
  • Willingness to work evenings, weekends, holidays, November through December, and/or during peak vacation periods.
  • At least 18 years of age.
  • Demonstrated experience communicating with customers to find solutions.
  • Ability to lift 10 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
