Responsibilities

• Achieve and exceed monthly sales goals.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• One or more years of customer service experience, preferably in retail or sales.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, holidays, November through December, and/or during peak vacation periods.
• At least 18 years of age.
• Demonstrated experience communicating with customers to find solutions.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Ability to lift 10 pounds.
• Ability to stand for long periods of time.
• Complete a four‑day New Hire University (NHU) training program within 30 days of start date (may include overnight travel at company expense).
• Complete various online and computer‑based training throughout employment.
• Pass a pre‑hire assessment (20 minutes or less).

Pay

Sales consultants earn an average annual salary of $40,000 to $64,000, combining a base hourly rate plus uncapped commission.
