Responsibilities

• Customer Satisfaction: Ensure customer satisfaction by understanding and meeting their vehicle needs.
• Needs Assessment: Determine each customer's vehicle needs by asking insightful questions and listening actively.
• Vehicle Demonstrations: Demonstrate new and used vehicles, including test drives.
• Delivery Process: Deliver new and used vehicles, ensuring customers understand the vehicle's features, warranty, and paperwork, fostering long-term loyalty.

Qualifications

• Motivation and Enthusiasm: Highly motivated with a passion for meeting and talking with people.
• Drug Test and Background Check: Must be able to pass a drug test and background check.
• Clean Driving Record: A valid driver's license with a clean driving record is required.

Pay

Aggressive Pay Plan: Beginning salespeople receive 3 months of paid training, plus bonuses and commission. Sell 10 cars a month and guarantee at least $4,000 a month, with many earning well beyond that!
