Sales Consultant in Training

Job Responsibilities

• Travels around assigned territory to service accounts
• Checks quantities of goods on display, cold box placements, in stock and service the accounts
• Fills shelves from displays and back stock to ensure out of stock items are minimized
• Develops and maintains relationships with customers
• Communicates with Sales Representatives regarding changes in buyer's preferences, out of stock inventory, oversight in shelf space and any concerns/situations encountered during business hours
• Builds and develops trust and a strong working relationship of the retailer by upholding Johnson Brothers corporate values, have excellent customer service and a "can-do" attitude
• Performs other work-related tasks and special projects as assigned

Job Requirements

• Work experience in the liquor industry, such as: bartender, wait staff, liquor store experience, etc. a plus
• Goal and results oriented
• Able to work independently, meet deadlines and prioritize work
• Competitive, self-motivated and customer service orientated
• Professional written and oral communication skills a must
• Have reliable transportation with valid insurance
• Good driving record
• Able to lift to 50-pound cases, sometimes repeatedly
