Sales Consultant - Holman Honda Centennial
About the role
The Sales Consultant will oversee all aspects of vehicle sales, perform needs analysis, demonstrate vehicles, negotiate deals, and assist with customer issues.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers and conduct needs analysis
- Demonstrate vehicles and explain features and benefits
- Research and verify vehicle availability
- Negotiate sales price, lease payments, and additional fees
- Walk the lot and inspect inventory
- Familiarize customers with vehicles
- Assist with customer problems and negotiations
- Oversee the sales process and close deals
Requirements
- Prior sales/customer service experience preferred
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Clean driving record or minimal violations
