What You'll Do

  • Build relationships with customers and guide them through the buying process
  • Follow up consistently on inbound leads and outbound opportunities
  • Close sales and help customers design shed solutions that fit their needs
  • Manage your inventory and sales lot with pride and accountability
  • Create floor plans and submit accurate work orders
  • Work closely with Liberty's Sales and Marketing teams
  • Visit customer sites when needed to support successful delivery

What We're Looking For

  • Proven sales experience preferred
  • Strong people skills and confidence talking with customers
  • Hungry, self-motivated, and goal-driven
  • Comfortable closing deals and asking for the sale
  • Strong follow-up and organization skills
  • Comfortable working with pricing, measurements, and basic math
  • Familiar with email, phones, and Google Suite
  • Willing to work Saturdays

Schedule

  • Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
  • Saturday: 9:00-3:00 PM
  • Wednesday and Sunday: Closed

Work Environment

  • This role includes time in a climate-controlled office and time outdoors on the sales lot working directly with customers and managing inventory.
