This is not an entry-level sales position. We are looking for someone who can independently run a consultation from discovery through the close, confidently overcome objections, discuss financing, and ask for the sale. Experienced negotiators and strong closers encouraged to apply. If you consistently need a manager TO to close your deals, this is not the right position. Bodenvy specializes in non-invasive body contouring, weight loss, and wellness programs. Our consultants help clients build customized transformation plans based on their goals, lifestyle, and budget. What We're Looking For 3+ years of proven sales experienceHigh-ticket and high-volume sales experience strongly preferredProven ability to independently close and negotiateComfortable conducting 3 - 5 sales consultations per dayStrong discovery, active listening, rapport-building, and communication skillsConfident handling price, financing, spouse, and other common sales objectionsExperience working with financing and lendersCompetitive, self-motivated, assertive, and results-orientedStrong track record of meeting or exceeding sales goalsAbility to deliver an exceptional client experience while maintaining a strong closing mentality Bilingual English/Spanish preferredMedical aesthetics experience is a plus, but not required What We Offer $50,000–$125,000+ annual earning potential, including commissions and bonusesCompany-paid trainingEmployee body sculpting servicesBeautiful med spa environmentPositive, performance-driven cultureOpportunity to grow with an expanding franchise organization Normal business hours are 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM Must be available to work Saturdays This is a client-facing leadership position, and there will be days when you are expected to stay later than normal business hours to accommodate client needs and business demands.
